For oven temps (or other F° to C° conversions) put in the number in F° and click outside the box and you will get the temp in C°.

Below is a conversion chart that I made to ease my baking time. Now, instead of having to pull out cup measures, I just weigh everything on a digital scale. Less cleanup this way and much more accurate. I did this conversion chart myself by weighing a cup of everything 10 times and then getting the average. So far so good as I bake a lot and have yet to have a problem. To read it, just find out how many cups you need of something (the yellow highlighted column on the left) and then go across to the correct column. I have also highlighted the one cup measure to make it visually easier to read. Remember that the American cup measure is fluid ounces not weight (2 cups do not make a pound for example) so it makes for confusing conversions. Enjoy!
